POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, slowly add sifted flour, fold in crushed potato chips. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
