POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes, boiled and cooled; diced
6 to 7 apples, diced
Dill pickles, chopped
Scallions, chopped

Mix and set aside.

DRESSING:

Mayonnaise and yogurt
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Bi t of mustard
Dill seed
Chives
Parsley

Mix then pour onto warm potato salad and let it marinade at least 4 hours.
