MARINADE FOR BEEF KABOBS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion
6 lg. garlic cloves

Saute onion and garlic cloves in the butter and let cool. Mix together:

1 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. salt (opt.)
1 tsp. pepper

Add to above mixture and rub on meat and vegetables. Add equal parts of 2 cups Burgundy wine or red wine and 2 cups sesame oil until kabobs are covered and let marinate for at least 24 hours.
