LEMON BARS 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Lemon Cake Mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, 1 egg and shortening in bowl. Mix until crumbly. Measure 1 cup and set aside. Pat remaining mixture lightly in ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
