APPLE SPICE CUSTARD CAKE 
1 (18 oz.) spice cake mix
2 med. apples, pared, cored & chopped
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) sour cream, room temperature
1/4 c. lemon juice from concentrate
Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake as directed. Stir in apples. Pour into well greased and floured 13"x9" baking pan. Bake 30 minutes.

In medium bowl mix condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Remove cake from oven, spread cream mixture over top. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
