3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 lg. eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated cheese

Beat all ingredients together and then add zucchini. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until brown on top.
