RED PEPPER DIP (IMHAMARA) 
1 lb. red peppers
3 pkg. soda crackers
1/2 c. walnuts
2-3 tbsp. pomegranate juice (dibs riman)
1/2 sm. hot cherry pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil

Process peppers on pulse until finely chopped. Process soda crackers the same way. Process walnuts by themselves. Mix all ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve on crackers or pita bread wedges.
