ROASTED PEPPER DIP 
1 pkg. Knorr tomato basil soup mix
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. roasted red peppers, drained

In bowl, combine soup mix and sour cream. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Add mayonnaise and red peppers. Mix until well mixed. Pour into serving bowl and chill for 2 hours.
