1 (4 lb.) beef roast, arm roast
Salt, pepper, and garlic salt
1 sm. coke
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup

Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Place roast in foil lined roasting pan. Pour catsup on roast then pour coke over roast. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees.
