BEST EVER CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts (halves, no salt)
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken until tender with a small amount of celery and onion. Crumble Ritz crackers and line bottom of casserole dish. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over crumbs. Place chicken on top of this. Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 ounce sour cream, 1/2 cup chicken broth. Pour over chicken. May top with additional cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
