PECAN STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
10 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Melt butter. Cool slightly then whisk in sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Stir sour cream mixture into dry ingredients. Pour into pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix topping ingredients together and put on top of unbaked cake mixture. Bake 65 to 75 minutes at 325 degrees.
