CABBAGE AND SMOKED SAUSAGE 
1 sm. head red cabbage
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
Salt, pepper and celery seed to taste
1 lg. apple, sliced
Smoked sausage, as much as you need

Use small amount of oil, heat to hot, add brown sugar and vinegar. Put all ingredients in cooker and cook slowly until cabbage is tender.
