1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. brown sugar
8 egg whites
3/4 c. chocolate syrup
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. instant coffee crystals
1 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 inch round cake pan with vegetable oil cooking spray. Blend applesauce, sugar and egg whites. Add next five ingredients, mixing well. Fold in pecans. Pour into pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
