DIABETIC COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. water
1/3 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. nuts

Boil 2 cups seedless raisins in 1 1/4 cups water, butter, cinnamon 3 minutes. Cool. 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. sweetener

Dissolve soda in 2 tsp. water. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add nuts last. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
