2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. bacon drippings
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
Buttermilk

Mix all ingredients together using enough buttermilk to get mixture to a good pouring consistency. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
