PAT B'S BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about thirty minutes. Add salt and pepper to one individual taste.
