MEXICAN COBBLER 
1 can pie filling (apple or cherry)
Flour tortillas

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla and almond flavoring

Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Roll pie filling in flour tortillas and place in baking dish.

Pour boiled mix over flour tortillas. Let stand 45 minutes, and bake at 350 degrees until brown, occasionally dipping water/sugar/oleo mix over until done.

May add 1 chopped apple to apple pie filling mix.
