PINEAPPLE TURNOVERS 
2 c. butter
6 c. flour
3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 env. yeast dissolved in very warm water

Mix ingredients like pie dough. Roll out 1/4 inch thick in sugar. Cut in 3 inch squares. Fill each with 1 teaspoon each of pineapple filling. Fold over in triangles and press edges with fork. Bake about 20 minutes at 325 degrees or until all edges are lightly browned.

FILLING:

Cook together until thickened: 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. sugar
