ULTIMATE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar (crust)
5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 eggs plus 2 yolks
1 1/2 tsp. orange peel
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon peel

CRUST: Combine cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and butter. Press into bottom and 1 3/4 inch upsides of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 45 minutes.

FILLING: In large bowl, blend cheese, sugar, flour, peels and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs and yolks, one at a time, until smooth. Beat in cream. Pour into pan. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, lower oven to 250 degrees and bake 1 hour longer. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
