BAKER CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Crumble potato chips over top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
