CHEESE ROLL 
Given to me by my friend, Ida, years ago - quick and simple.

2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, use 1/2 roll
1/2 c. pecans
3 jalapeno peppers
Green onions (amount optional)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Cream the cream cheese. Shape the Velveeta into a round pie shell. Cream pecans, peppers, onions and cream cheese together and put into cheese shell. Roll, serve.
