1 c. Bisquick
8 oz. shredded cheese
4 beaten eggs
3 med. zucchini, chopped
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
Sliced mushrooms

Mix all ingredients together. Place in 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
