CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 lg. diced potato
1 lg. diced onion
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. catsup
2 cloves garlic (optional)

Mix in large bowl. Wilt cabbage in hot water. Roll mixture in cabbage leaf. Put rolls in a pan, pour stewed tomatoes over rolls and place in oven. Temperature: 350 degrees.
