PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD 
4 c. (16 oz.) Colby cheese, grated
4 oz. jar pimentos, diced and drained
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
6 pimento-stuffed olives, diced
3/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. instant minced onions

Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Cover and chill. Yields: about 2 1/2 cups.
