1 lb. hamburger, browned
1/3 c. onion, diced
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cheese, shredded
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper

Grease pie plate. Sprinkle hamburger, onion, and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour in plate. Bake in 400 degree oven until knife inserted halfway comes out clean.
