SHRIMP SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. shrimp
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 stick butter
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
Parmesan cheese
1 green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked according to pkg. directions

Brown 2 cloves garlic in the olive oil, butter mixture. Remove. Add shrimp. Cook until pink. Remove. Add the lemon juice, green onions, and parsley to the olive oil, butter mixture. Simmer 5 more minutes. Serve over spaghetti; top with Parmesan cheese.
