BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. grated orange rind (or orange juice)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 c. fresh blueberries

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, sour cream and shortening with sugar. Beat well. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each. Mix in rind and vanilla. Alternate dry ingredients and sour cream. Fold in blueberries. Use a 10 inch angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
