CHILI RELLENO DIP 
1 can ripe olives, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped & peeled or 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes, chop
3-4 scallions, chopped
1 sm. can green chilies, chop
2 tsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Drain if desired.
