GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix well and press firmly into 9 inch buttered pie pan. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool.

MERINGUE:

2 stiffly beaten egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of cream of tartar

Beat egg whites, add cream of tartar while beating. Gradually add sugar and beat until whites hold stiff peak. Pile lightly on lemon filling. Bake 12-15 minutes in 325 degree oven.
