POOR MAN'S FILET MIGNON 
3 lb. hamburger or ground round
2 eggs
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. dry poultry stuffing, crushed finely
Bacon

Mix all ingredients except poultry stuffing, line a 14 x 17 cookie sheet with wax paper, pat out meat mixture. Spread with poultry stuffing and roll up jelly roll fashion. Place in freezer until firm and slice into slices the width of bacon slices. Wrap with bacon around outer edge; secure with toothpick. Broil to desired doneness.
