BEAN ROAST 
1 c. cooked white beans
1 c. peanuts
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper

Pass beans and peanuts together through food chopper. Combine with remaining ingredients and form mixture into loaf; place on a greased baking pan. Bake in moderate 375 degree oven about 30 minutes. Serve very hot with tomato sauce. If desired, strips of raw bacon may be arranged on top of loaf when it is half done. Serves 4.
