MONKEY BREAD | |
4 cans biscuits 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 2/3 c. sugar Stir sugar and cinnamon together. Cut biscuits into fourths. Roll each in mixture. Grease bundt pan and sprinkle bottom with nuts. Alternate biscuits and nuts. Top with monkey bread topping. TOPPING: 1 1/2 sticks of butter 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. brown sugar Melt butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Pour over biscuits. Use fork method to check. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn upside down onto plate. Pull off chunks to eat. |
