CHEESY TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans oil or water packed tuna
1 lb. sliced cheese, any flavor
1 can sliced or wedged black olives
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. frozen vegetables
1 tsp. crushed tarragon
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder or granulated garlic
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1 c. crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Boil noodles according to package directions. Any type of noodles, ribbon, egg, macaroni, spinach, any or all may be used. Drain and set aside.

Add noodles and combine. Slice cheese (any type cheddar, Swiss, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella etc.) and set aside. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish with vegetable coating.

To assemble, put a layer of noodle mixture on bottom, add a layer of cheese, another layer of noodles, ending with a layer of cheese. Add crushed potato chips on top. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes until cheese has completely melted.

This is a one dish meal. Salad may be served as a side dish. Also great as a potluck dinner main course. Ideal for using up leftovers.
