PARTY MAPLE PECAN PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2/3 c. pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 baked pie shell
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. toasted coconut

Cook Eagle Brand milk, syrup and salt in iron skillet. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add nuts, then pour into baked pie shell and top with cream and coconut.
