ZUCCHINI SOUFFLE | |
3 c. diced zucchini 1 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 4 eggs 1/2 c. chopped onion Use small portions of Romano cheese, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Diced green peppers and sausage can be added if desired. Mix all ingredients together and pour into ungreased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. |
