IRISH MINTED PEAS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 tsp. dried mint
1 tsp. sugar
Boiling salted water
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook peas, mint and sugar in boiling salted water which covers for 5 to 7 minutes until peas are tender, drain. Stir in salt and pepper and butter and serve immediately.

4 servings.
