BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE | |
2 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 stick butter 1 c. evaporated milk 16 lg. marshmallows 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels Combine sugar, salt, butter, evaporated milk, and marshmallows in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until soft ball stage. Stir in morsels until melted. May add nuts. Pour into buttered pan. |
