1 bag Ore Ida potatoes O'Brien
1 lb. bacon
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. Jack or Cheddar cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms

Cook potatoes according to package. Fry bacon and crumble. Grate cheese. Beat eggs, add milk. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer potatoes, then eggs and milk, then mushrooms, then cheese, top with crumbled bacon. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until brown.
