STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
1 box Brownberry croutons
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 lg. onion, grated
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter

Cut stems out of mushrooms. Set aside mushrooms. Saute 1 lg. grated onion in 4 tbsp. butter. Add milk, stir well, add 1 cup Mozzarella cheese and box of croutons to onions and milk, mix together stirring well. Add more milk if mixture is too dry. Stuff mushrooms with mixture and bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve warm. Stems may be used in various dips found in this book.
