REDFISH SPECIAL 
1 lb. redfish fillets
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese

Sprinkle fillets with seasoned salt and lemon juice. Place in broiler pan and broil until fish flakes. Remove. Spread with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to oven and broil until cheese melts and cream is bubbly.

Serves 4 to 6.

Instead of seasoned salt I used Everglades seasoning but it turned out amazing.
