RASPBERRY CRUMBLE 
2 c. crushed raspberries
Juice of half a lemon
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Sprinkle raspberries with half of sugar and add lemon juice. Stir well. Place in a buttered baking dish. Blend the butter with the rest of the sugar, flour and salt and cover the raspberries with this mixture. Bake in a moderate (350 degree) oven for 40 minutes.
