CORN SLAW 
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (17 oz.) can corn
2 carrots, coarsely shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. red onion, chopped

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard, white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss in corn, carrots, green pepper, and red onions. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
