1/2 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipped topping

Make pudding with milk according to package directions. Beat in cream cheese and add whipped topping. Blend well. Layer cookie crumbs and pudding mixture in dish, beginning and ending with cookie crumbs.
