MEAT NACHOS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta (grated)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies (chopped)
1 c. milk
1 lg. pkg. nacho chips

Cover bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan with chips. Top with ground beef. Mix other ingredients (except cheese) and pour over ground beef. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
