MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices bread
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Chopped onions, optional

Put bread in medium-size bowl. Add egg, milk, seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce. Let bread soak in milk until soggy. Add ground beef and onion. Mix well with hands. Pat into loaf pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 to 2 shakes dry mustard

Combine all topping ingredients. Spread over meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
