1 pkg. lg. egg noodles
4 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. sour cream
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
2 c. spaghetti meat sauce
3/4 c. cottage cheese

Prepare spaghetti sauce. Boil egg noodles according to package directions. Cream cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese. Mix the green onions and the bell peppers into the cheese mixture.
