HONEY HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. ground cooked ham
1 lb. ground fresh pork
1 egg
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves

HONEY SAUCE:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vinegar

In medium bowl, soak crumbs in milk. Add ham, pork, eggs, honey and spices. Mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Pour honey sauce over this. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, spooning sauce mixture over loaf 2 to 3 times during baking. Serves 6.
