LINA'S FUDGE FANTASY 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk in a 2 quart measure or bowl which can tolerate high heat. Microwave on high 7 to 10 minutes or until microwave candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees (or remove bowl from microwave and test with regular candy thermometer). Stir in chocolate until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla until well blended. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
