BROCCOLI - CHEESE SOUP 
2 tsp. chicken bouillon flakes
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 tbsp. instant mixed onion (flakes)
3 1/2 c. boiling water
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. instant mashed potatoes

To boiling water, add bouillon, broccoli and onion. Boil gently 5 minutes or until broccoli is crisp. Stir in evaporated milk and potato flakes. Stir in 1/2 of a box of Velveeta cheese. Heat to serving temperature.
