PEACHES 'N CREAM PIE | |
1 unbaked 9" pastry shell 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. all purpose flour 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind 1 c. commercial sour cream, light 5-6 med. peaches, peeled & thinly sliced Bake pie shell at 400 degrees for 7 minutes; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into the pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 25 to 30 additional minutes or until pie is set. Yield: 1 (9") pie. |
